Default 49 MM Front End on a 07 Low

I have picked up a 49MM V-Rod front end for my wife's 07 Low.
I am trying to use just the 49MM legs from the V-Rod and install a set of Mid Glide trees with no rake and still keep the stock fork lock.
Has anyone installed 49MM front end on their Sporty?
Anyone know if there is a company that manufactures Triple Trees to use the 49MM front tubes on a late model Sportster?

Does your wife know about this?!

Sounds like an interesting project. I suspect you will find it easier to use a V-Rod front wheel and the trees, which will leave only the head stem to sort out. I haven't come across 49mm forks on a Sporty yet, but where there's a will there's a way!
