Just found this Mr T. In short they're as rare as rocking horse doo-doo. Depending on what you are after you may find it on Ebay UK, but I get much of my secondhand stuff from the USA. If you haven't bought that way before I can give a brief intro on request!

Yup, ended up on ebay.com. Quite painless really and even with the import duties and time involved i'd happily and no doubt will, do it again.

We've had the occasional Brit come on HDF and whinge terribly about the unexpected costs of doing that, but the benefits are substantial, I agree.
