The HD plugs are relabeled Champion RA8HC. They work just fine and run about $1.50 at the auto parts store.&nbsp\\;

personally i think the ngk DCPR7eix iridiums are the best plug hands down!!! they come factory in all the 2000 and later GM vehicles and honestly last 100,000 miles!!!!!!!! what better testimony??? if someone truly is looking for best performance from their bike.. just wouldn't consider a lawnmower plug or HD's version of the same plug!! not when you can get the best for about 7-10.00 on ebay.....
look on ebay for all your parts and save a ton of money......
good luck....

Standard Hd plugs are all you need best value for the buck. The fancy high dollar fancy name plugs willnot make your bike run 1 bit better. The only thing some of the fancy ones will do is last longer butyour going to chnage them anyway at service

Yes Iridiums are supposed to be the best. They give you the best spark&nbsp\\;for a&nbsp\\;consistantly stable spark.

If spending more makes you feel better, go for Iridiums.&nbsp\\; It's a waste of money though in an EVO, you are better off learning how to index your plugs.

The Choice is all yours. I had a print out of all brands but it won't copy to this.

Not this thread again.....plugs are plugs.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Save the money for a better coil and ignition module...THAT'S what will make the difference.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; You could get a plug that has 5 billion tips and iridium, plutonium, whatthef**kever metal in it, and if you're running a stock ignition you won't notice a damn thing.

Just my 2c
