I know this is so amateur question, but I have never done this before, and I really don't want to damage the "very tiny" head of this spark plug.
So, what is the best way to regap without damage the plug? Tools?
Thanks much in advanced!
Nick
i don't think you can re gap them. that's why most guys are using autolite or harley plugs. they work just fine and are a whole lot cheaper than the iridiums.
Buy a new one you cheap ***! You only need two! Just check before you leave the parts house and make sure its right...
That's how you assume everything with your little brain!
How do you know these are used, and how do you know that they are in spec.?
I just recheck my OEM spark plugs, and they are less than 0.034" which is way out off spec, and they are just 12K miles old. Go figure!

Don't assume that they are old, when I say "regap".
The manufacturer has already gapped the plugs, but just in case they are out of spec., then what!
Side gap tool and Feeler Gauge Most iridiums come with around a .035 Gap so is easy to expand a little with a Feeler .. be gentle and take your time they are too damn expensive to screw it up
