Default don't lose your keys

I only got one key when I got my 08 Nightster (used ) I lost my key while visiting my mom. That was July 3 my local dealer ordered a set of replacement keys. I received them on July 14. A few days later I get to try them out and guess what they didnt work. So I wait anther 10 days to receive the second set. I guess the second time a charm. So Get a extra key made now !!!
By the way the second set was a different code.

Plan ahead.......... Visit your local ACE Hardware or locksmith BEFORE you loose your only key and get copies made while you wait for ~$2.50.

Then keep a spare in your wallet and another at home.

I don't know how much they are, but I know that if you lose that you can over ride it. It tells you how in the back of your manual. So I wouldn't get one until I actually lost it, as it doesn't keep you from starting the bike.
