Keys
Went to the dealer about a new replacement key. I believe it's called a barrel key, the type they use on the baggers. They come in a set. $11.00 each. I'm going to order them shortly, unless someone has a cheaper solution. I really only need one. Does some place like wal-mart or some other type hareware store make replacements. Thanks in advance.

yeah locksmith is the route to go. I got new keys for my bike made a while back for like 2 bucks a piece but that was for normal keys. HD wanted 12 bucks a key and a two month wait to get them. Locksmith took me 5 minutes to have keys in hand.

OK...one more vote for the locksmith. Ace hardware and those places just can't do it. I think my extra key was about $7. Fit perfectly.

You could always do what I did. Bought my '09 Street Glide and it came with two keys. I then ordered a Tour Pak. It also came with two keys, and only for $ 900. That's only $450 a key for the two extras.

I went to my local locksmith and got a couple of copy's for like six bucks a piece. Half price is the way to go. Just ride your bike there so you can try them out before you leave as they do have issues sometimes. They will just cut another if one doesn't work. Theirs no real fine tuning you can do to these keys.
