Im just curious of how rare the denim silver is. It was very hard for my dealer to find a replacement silver iron for the 2009 POS i had. They had 4 Black ones at the time. They finally found me one but anyways i noticed black is back for 2011 but they done away with the silver WTF !!! Anyhow they are goin with a chrome yellow which has nothing to do with the dark customs design IMO. Heck lets do a poll and see how many of you guys out there have irons and what colors you have?

Just my opinion again but i just wandered what made harley think they should paint an Iron chrome yellow. I just thought these were dark kustoms. I guess its no brighter than the orange nightster. Dont get me wrong i love them all I wuold have just thought chrome yellow would better soot just the regular XL 883 Low.

[quote=Gpsjr10;7396653]I have the suede blue and black Nightster. I have not seen many of those and I have seen zero in person besides mine. There are about 4 black ones and I think I have seen a couple silver ones in my area. The blue doesn't look as good in pics as it does in person.[/quote
I havnt saw any solid silver irons around my area. Now i have saw the silver and black nightsters though. There sure is alot of solid black irons thats for sure!

Theres ton of Slver Irons around here, hell I use to own one but now I have the Silver/Black Nightster. I think Harley is smart for bringing out the Brighter Colors for the Iron/48. They are meant to look like old school bikes and believe it or not alot of bikes back in the day weren't Flat Black, but rather Bright Hippy Colors.
And for 2010iron883, Dark Custom is just a type of Customization or Trim Package. Hell they have Wide Glides, Dynas and other models that are called Dark Customs. The Nightster/Iron did not come out originally saying that these and only these models are Dark Customs. It was a "Trim" package basically for the owner to choose. They just happened to come out and display this new Package with the Nighters/Irons and they really took off. But look throught the Harley catalog, you can find Dark Custom pieces and parts for every model they have. So a Dark Custom is NOT just Nightster/Iron/48 but rather a Trim Package

Everyone thinks there bike is rare
You know all of our bikes are one of a kind to us. Actually none of the new bike are rare anyways being that they are all mass produced which is what my dealership says. I have complained about the paint not being perfect and this is what im told that they are mass produced in each and every color none more rare than the other. The only ones that are even numbered are the screamin eagle package. It just seems everyone on this darn site has to snap back or just say as little as possible to insult someone without flat out starting a war. I like my bike and if i had wanted blue , black, silver , yellow i had my choice but i got what i havnt saw much of around here. It was a very hard task for them to find me a solid silver 2010. They had to find one to replace the lemon they sold me in 2009. They finally did but it was 4 hrs away.
