Chain loosening up

Chain loosening up
My chain keeps getting loose. I checked Ronnies online parts microfiche
even changed the washer (grade 8) Tightened nut on axle bolt to recommended torque (about 65-70 lbs). And yet the chain keeps getting slack.
Seems the rear axle will continuosly loosen up. And yes I am using thread lock (blue locktite)
what do I need to do to fix this?

Good lord, what an idiot. Something as critical as the rear axle???
My chain stretches, I think I usually adjust it about every 500 miles. Use plenty of chain lube, that seems to help quite a bit as far as adjustment frequency. There will be some tight spots and loose spots in your chain as well, especially with the torque a Sportster has at lower end.

ordered a new axle set
Comes chromed. Thought maybe it was something I did, maybe had the spacers wrong. I think the key thing should of been noticing that there was no crown nut like in my manuals.
I've put on almost a 1000 miles riding on a bolt. I will look at the bearings when I put the new axle in
