Default Wide band O2 sensor.

2011 Limited. 103ci. Stage 1. Screaming Eagle tuner. Rhinehart True Duals.

Is the SE tuner compatible with wide band o2 sensors. If so, will the tuner automatically adjust for the new sensors or is retuning necessary?

no, no and ?????

It is not compatible.

It will not adjust for wide range (it's not compatible)

You never told use why you need a tune!

I have read articles about methods to reduce engine temps and o2 sensors were mentioned. Since I am not a mechanic, I'm posting questions here.

Wide band sensors read different voltages than narrow bands, the stock ECM isn't capable of reading them. You need a controller for this. Are you having specific issues?

Dynojet Target Tune runs widebands with a tweaked stock ECU. It works just fine.

Like I said, you need a controller.

Lots of people read these threads. Many don't realize their dealer is misleading them.

The question was a simple one. Is the SE tuner compatible with wide band o2 sensors, the answer is NO. In nowhere was it asked "what devices will work with the stock ECM and wide band sensors". If anything is misleading it's your post. Target Tune is not compatible with a SE tuner.

All wide bands need a controller. Not only do you have to deal with the latency of the sensor. You also have to deal with the latency that is added because of the controller.

Sure, Dyno jet can configure your ECM to deal with the controller input but at what cost?

The red is misleading. How many miles you have you ridden on a TT bike? What have you compared it to? If the answer is zero and none. What are you basing your opinion on?

It works way better that the bike ever road stock or near stock.

I can live with "It works just fine"
