I guess that building a shock for each person than talking phone calls all days of the week during reasonable hours (usually up to 10pm) than having thousands of satisfied customers that receive far beyond customer service than anyone in the business gives is negated by a few customers or in this case not my customer but was advising him it could be fixed. When I started riding men road Harley's. Now is seams whiners, people who either can not read or lack common sense, mechanical or otherwise, than blame others for the problems the end user created.

control; I go to the major motorcycle events and the main purpose to meet my customers and support them. I fix problems right than and there. The problem with chat sites any uninformed person can join, who can not read nor comprehend what they are reading, such as yourself. What exactly was your contribution to the motorcycling world or in general humanity? I put my name, telephone number, and address on every post I make. If you wish to see and understand how I administrate above and beyond customer service, come to the next show, which is in Daytona, FL for Bike Week. Posters like yourself can get away with making statements but no one can really find out the validity of who or what you are. Another nameless keyboard commando.

this is funny. Do you where they came from? You throw out a Vendors name In defense of another. When the reality is neither were likely involved

Absolutely I know , I spoke with Skypilot when he started this thread and tried to help him , by the way what did I say bad about Fuelmoto ? Nothing , so why go there ? I simply said that's where he bought the shocks so don't throw Howard under the bus for not offering support on something he didn't sell.

He told me they came from a different vendor than the 2 you mentioned. That's why i thought it was funny with respect to the context of your reply. Either way it's none of my business and will move on.

I would like to know what the outcome was and if he got the ride he was expecting out of them. I have a set in my garage that I haven't put on yet. I sent him a couple pm asking but never heard.
