Any Link to Ed's speakers. Never heard of them.

Kind of pricey. I thought J&M's stuff was expensive, but edsets has them beat. Hopefully it sounds better than J&M's latest Elite 787.

Because of this review, I have got the J&M's where they are almost acceptable. When the J&M's were factory installed at the Laughlin River Run, the speakers were too deep in the helmet recess. They cut the recess out to make the speakers fit and got too deep. After reading this review about the spacers that come with the IASUS to get them closer to the ears, I cut some foam discs from a sheet of foam from Hobby Lobby. Put in the discs until I had the speakers almost touching my ears with the helmet on. Sound is still not exactly what I'm looking for, but much better than what I had.

Am seriously considering the IASUS. Going to call them and confirm that the cords can be cut and soldered into the headset wires that I have.

I use LG Tone Pro blue tooth ear buds. Works great.

Can you answer your phone and be heard with the around the neck Mic. while moving.

 

I have FLHTK 2014 Rushmore and was thinking about upgrading the sound system, $1,000, but decided I didn't want to pump out more noise.

I may try the Ed speakers but nothing can beat the Bose Noise Canceling ear buds. You turn on the sound suppression and play the music at low volume if you prefer. Wonderful sound.

Warning 1.- to Sena users. If the telephone rings and the ringer is not first adjusted, it might cause internal bleeding.

Warning 2. Don't buy these if your helmet is not air tight. When the noise cancel is in effect the speakers make a weird noise when they come in contact with wind.
