Default Rear Axle Nut Adjuster Adaptor

Has anyone tried the tool to help adjust the rear axle tourque on baggers? I need one for my 2015 FLHTK if they work.

Have you looked in your Harley tool bag for the wrench? My bike came with one. I assume that you are talking about the wrench to turn the cams which push against the swing arm bosses?

It occurs to me that you might be referring to the tension tool that presses up against the bottom side of the rear drive belt instead of the wrench.
????

they make a tool that goes on the end of the axle and has a bolt that rests on the swingarm allowing you to dail the adjustment right in.

Are you talking about that adapter that fits on the end of a torque wrench at a 90 degree angle to allow access to the rear axle bolt without having to remove the exhaust (or whatever is in the way of direct access)? If that's the tool you are asking about, I personally haven't used it but don't know why it wouldn't work. Costs around $60 IIRC>

We need your help to make clear what you are referring to! If you are referring to tightening the axle nut there are various tools available.

[QUOTE=foxtrapper;14032717]He means this tool:

this is the one i have and it works very well and makes it easy. 36mm socket tightens the axle nut while this holds it in place. great tool.
