I have 4 days off that opening weekend and a place to stay. I only live 4.5 hours from there. Pretty much a no brainer. Just wondering who else would be there.

Only 40 miles away? Do you recommend any good rides besides MB to Charleston or MB to Wilmington?

I will be there the whole week starting Monday night. We camp while there. I am from Greensboro which is about 3 hrs away.

i went down in sept last year before bike week. hit all the biker bars which were great places but i find the riding itself not good. its not like Laconia or Sturgis areas. The road from Mrytle to Charleston is long flat and boring imo.
