I have a 2009 ultra and I also am tired of cleaning up oil splatter on the exhaust pipe. The KN AC I have is the one that plugs off the passage directly into the AC and it directs the flow to the back side of the plate and Into the TB. For the life of me I cannot see how I am going to get anything to connect to these breather bolts and than be able to hose the bleeds under the bike.

 

You have just a tad too much oil in the crankcase. Check where the oil level is on the dipstick and then remove about one pint either through the filler hole or through the oil drain. That should cure your splatter problem.
