Default how do you change the AVC on radio

Guys wondering how to change the AVC setting on the HK radio. I don't have a owners manual.

Push the left button (volume adjust) in instead of up or down. AVS adjustment is the last option in the list, so I think you will have to push it in about 4 times to get to AVS.
Then you just push the same button up or down to adjust.

do I need to be in a menu mode? I just tried it and every time I pushed the left button in it just displayed different info like artest, station, etc.

By pushing in the left button wile the radio is on it will go to Bass then Treble then displat then volume then AVS

either my switch is broke, my radio is broke, or there is a wire loose. I can go up and down with the volume but pushing in does nothing.

Just check edthe wiring and found that the switch is bad through the use of circuit tester

actually did some more trouble shooting and I think it is the radio. I got the switch to work and I checked the circuit from the radio and it appears to be working. I am going to try a software update and see if that does anything. thanks for the help. thanks for the offer but I bought a service manual last week and I am learning that it is good to have.
