Recently while riding I listen to usb stick and satellite radio through my phone. I used to be able to advance the next song on the usb by pushing volume button to the right, but lately it jumps to the radio station that was just played just like you were listening to the radio and going to next preset. I just uploaded latest firmware and no change either, it started before update. Anyone else seen this?

I think you have to change the setting to "seek" instead of "scan". Not at my bike so this is from memory.

I didn’t change any settings it started reacting differently on its own. Sorry not sure what you are referring to. When it’s on radio it moves correctly to next preset station. When on media it should advance to next song and it seems to be jumping back to radio when I’m on media.

I have the latest software and use USB almost exclusively. I have not experienced this issue. If I had to guess, it might be that your USB device malfunctions on occasion or you have data the system deems unreadable intermittently. If I recall, when I ran an iPod this happened on occasion, and switched to a USB stick as it's more reliable. Maybe load up a new USB stick and see what happens. I know for a fact the system defaults to the radio if it can't properly read the USB device, or data that is on it.

It also does it via Bluetooth listening to the songs I have on my phone as well as satellite over the phone.

mike you are the winner. I just went out to the garage to mess with the bike and found the setting for seek instead of presets. Changed it to seek and works like it used too. Must have been my patience and fat fingers that changed it I’m sure. Thanks for the suggestion
