Take the allen head screws out of the tips (I think 2 per muffler), and then fire the bike up and let it run a bit. The heat and energy should walk the baffles out. Put a heavy blanket on the ground. Best to do one side at a time. This is how I got the baffles out my other mufflers each time.

How do the RC Components sound without the baffles? I'm running the 4" RC Components mufflers on my 2013 Street Glide and I love the sound but would like some more volume. Do you experience any backfiring after you removed the baffles? Everything else is stock as far as header pipes and intake, I'm satisfied with the power and performance just looking to make it a little louder but was worried about backfiring. Thanks for the info!

I just took all the Allen screws out, took the tips off and removed the slip on's completely. I have a short piece of conduit that I slip in from the header side and knock them out. I pulled mine out completely. Better sound and not to loud but louder. There was a small amount of popping when letting off the throttle but nothing major.
