Help with tube size please...
I ordered some Dunlop D402 MT90-16 tires (front and rear) for my 2000 Road King Classic. I forgot to order the tubes for my stock spoked rims(offset and metal stem) so I emailed the company to ad them and they chose this size: BikeMaster Tube - 5.00/5.10-16" - Metal Side Valve - TR-6 Offset.
My question is this - from what I can tell, my stock spoked rim size is 3.0 X 16 (at least that is what the Dunlop site is listing) - so, is the 5.00/5.10 refering to the rim size and if so, shouldn't it read 3.0 or am I missing something?
Thanks

I run the same tire as you and this is what I use for tubes:
Bridgestone Standard Motorcycle Tube With TR-4 Valve Stem MT90x16
Part # 1224480011 (from jakewilson.com)
I would be pretty leary of bikemaster tubes. I think that's what I've got on my Honda and they have very slow leaks. I've had good luck with Bridgestones though. I know this didn't completely answer your question but might lead you in the right direction.
