Default Louder Pipes?

I just put vance & hines monster rounds on my 2012 ultra limited. I was wondering if there is a simple way to make them a little louder. thanks Jim

As BackRoader said, you will have to pull the baffle. I don't see any optional baffles for them on V&H site. Pulling them might make the too load though...or you can try to modify baffles...

Default Slip On's

I have a 2012 Roda King Classic, I'm looking for any input on Slip On mufflers.
Im looking for a Deep sound. Couple people have said to get some RC 4".
Everytime I see a RKC and like the sound of it Im asking what kind they are.
Any thoughts from anybody appreciated.
Thanks

Pulling the baffles and taking the packing off of the baffle core does make the monster rounds sound louder.more rumble.

This is my scoot, packing removed from baffles.

Got my Monster Rounds off this forum. Original owner didn't like them because he thought they were too quiet. Had about 300 miles on them. I now have well over 2,000 miles on them, and they are louder now than they were when I got them. But still not annoyingly loud.

Funny thiing is, the deep rumble they have carries far. My brother commented the other day that he could hear me coming long before I was in sight. Then later when I went to leave, he commented that they didn't seem that loud up close. LOL

I think if you give them a try, you'll like how they sound. And your bike will run much better with the baffles intact.

I have the Big Shot Duals and I've been thinking of installing a set of Thunder Monster Baffles to hopefully gain some loudness without losing torque.

They might tend to get a little louder as they break in, but for the sound you're looking for I'd say you may have to switch pipes.

I put a set of SE race mufflers on mine. A buddy put them on his '12 RG when he first got it and I loved the sound! Then he got rid of the CAT, changed the air cleaner and installed a PC V. All of a sudden the SE's were WAY too loud! He put on a set of Bubs and the sweet sound returned. So now I am going to run the SE's until this winter when I do the entire stage 1 upgrade.

My point is, if you really want it to make some noise, get rid of the CAT!
