Depends on how much you want to spend.

Call Fuelmoto if you want to go with more c.i. Like a 107 kit

The rpm range you like to ride will also be a factor for the cam you want.

Just my $0.02

If you want alot more power then the 107 kit from FuelMoto, If you want moderate power, 204 cams or Woods 222 and a dyno tune will net you 90ish hp and 102-105tq.

You can go as mild or as wild as you want and still retain reliability if it's built right but a budget is needed for any valuable advice.

RaceStage IV kit done to my 103" motor and this is an all Harley build and does 117hp/111tq. The dyno shows a still climbing hp graph, and it is still a fairly steep climb even as the redline (now at 6250rpms) brings everything to a halt as spark is dropped from the ignition due to the redline... If it had continued to 6500 rpm it would have another 5 hp even if the rate of climb has started to decrease. And the tq is higher than stock from 2200 rpms all the way to red line by anywhere from 5 ft lbs to 9+.
Others may suggest a 120 complete motor, and I looked at that. The cost was nearly $2000 more for this option, the performance is better, lots more to be had in power. It was all the extra stuff required for the 120, intake, exhaust, tuner, and many more expensive parts.
My kit had the 58mm TB, cams, and everything else needed.
I have never gotten to ride a 120 on a touring bike either, it may be really good with all of the tq that comes naturally on the 120.

I have the 96" motor and I have a budget of around 3,500.00 to 4,500.00 to buy parts and have them installed. I don't use the harley shop. I have a independent harley mechanic that will do the labor

3.5" pipes (2 into 2) suggest that you removed the 2 into 1, with a heavy breather. No mention of a tuner or having done a dyno to get it up to max performance 'before' upgrading further. no mention if cams have been changed. just wondering where you are at as a starting point.

several options already suggested.

For $1700 and change out the door, my indy ordered and installed: from Fuelmoto a PowerVision tuner, and Woods TW222 cams.
I went with new lifters since the bike had 10,500 miles on it with the SE255 cams and stock lifters, so I picked Feuling lifters, and I decided to go with the new Redshift cam shoe tensioners -Zippers Performance has the cam shoes worth checking out.
Bike runs darn good.
See Fuelmoto site for dyno sheet on the cams.

. I bought the bike used from the harley shop with the 3.5" rinehart extreme duals on it and they said it had the stage one kit on it. Far as I know the motor and cams are stock
