Default Did a 103" to a 2010 Street Glide

After 2 years of riding the Rockies....steep mountains, and altitudes of over 10,000 feet....my friend and I decided to pep up our scooters.....

I have a 2010 Street and he's got a 2010 Road Glide.........both had about 10,000 miles. We decided to go to a HD Dealership, pay the money and upgrade our bikes......

Spoke to the Service Rep there, told what kind of riding we did....we wanted more , a lot more power to get up over the mountains. It's not cool to have a Honda Civic pass you on a high mountain pass.....
This guy was a Harley person all the way, his worker in the shop specialized in upgrades and was an excellant dyno guy....both were old guys like me...gray hairs...been doing this for years.

Sold us a 'hot 103" kit, with all kinds of good stuff....and replacement gears, cam, valves, rods, etc.. I'm not a 'mech'...no enough to keep out of trouble.
Got 2 to 1 V&H Pro...large...with headers...air breather.....took 4 days to get it back...WOW.....we had to put 1,000 miles on the bike and bring it back for final dyno.....Got it back yesterday, put 350 miles on it today.....

The difference is night and day....I mean this thing screams, great exhaust, absolutly no hesitation...people turned their heads...the performance was way beyond expectations...I mean I'm not going to race a ricer or BMW, but for a Harley.....I am impressed...what a little money can do......

btw, I got a before and after dyno..with the 103" but before tune: dyno 93.8 hp, torque 97.5 after....100.1 hp.....torque..104.5

I post this as info only for those of you that may be interested, not to flame anyone else's work or how much they got.....

What is a "hot 103" kit? Did it come with heads? How much?

Like I posted....not that much into the parts....Yes,new cylinders....the term 'hot cam' was used by the Rep...I take it is a lot more radical than a stock 103 cam....I have the part #'s if interested....I can pm them...
Cost, including all parts and labor...just over3.5K...I probably could have found a better price somewhere, but I wanted to keep it with HD....I know it will be done right.......

If you have time to PM the numbers you would have time to post them.
