Get the turn light bar off a '09 up standard or road king with the license light and mount under the light. I got the bar and lights (no license bracket) off my '09 standard on a shelf if ya want it, $125 shipped.

I have the rear signal bar and plate mount from a 2010 RK on my 09 FLHTC.

2 bolts, reachable with out dropping the tire.

the signal bar is narrower than the Ultra, and has LED in the curved part- this requires splicing into the tip or tail light- quick and easy

mine was a take off from another rider, about $75 with the taillight lens ( no window for plate light on top)

Used a Lazer Star LSM100 mount that goes behind the turn signal bar. Mounted a 6" Radianzt License plate light 8200-52 above the plate at the top of the mount. I was going to use a RK tail light lens without the window in the top but didnt need it. Only took about 2 hours to install.
