Default cam shaft bearings?

I have an 02 electra glide with 27k and I'm changing cams. I have new torrington needle bearings for the crankcase.
should I also replace the ball bearings on the camshafts?
thanks

Yes, I would, they're not that expensive & some cams come with them. What are you doing about the tensioners?

cant afford the hydraulic set up so just replacing the shoes although at 27k they show virtually no wear but they have been on for 12 years
