Default TW-222 before and after

I just got around to scanning my before and after dyno sheet from my TW-222 install. I thought I would share for those considering the TW-222 cam.

My bike is a 2012 Road Glide Custom 103 with the following:

Before:
Rinehart Extreme True Duals w/ 3.5" mufflers
SE Heavy Breather
PC-V with canned map
80 hp / 100 tq

After:
Rinehart Extreme True Duals w/ 3.5" mufflers
SE Heavy Breather
PC-V
TW-222 cams
Fuel Moto push rods
Wood lifters

95 hp / 115 tq dyno tuned by FM

Fuel Moto did the install and tune. I'm extremely happy with their work and would give them the highest recommendation to anyone that asks.

Its -14 deg F here today. Probably not going to take it for a ride today.

Wow, that cam sure died at 4K rpm. This is the first graph I've seen with that combination. Kind of glad I did the 57H. The 222 makes more hp and tq, but my curve is flatter...109.9 TQ and 92.8 HP.

Ride safe.

Great combination, thanks for giving us the opportunity to build it. Customer was wanting max low end & midrange Tq and this combination delivers. Looking at the chart it is not that it falls over at 4500, it is actually overly strong early and builds big torque fast. This is result of the cam/exhaust combination. When interpreting the curve you need to look not just at RPM & HP/TQ on the X/Y axis, you need to look at time/rate of acceleration and other elements.

As long as we want to nit/pick; I'm pulling over 100lbs at 2500 and carries to 5300 with Andrews 54s in my 103 (SE cast pistons) & no headwork. I only peak at 109 but it is a long kind'a flat curve. I see the higher peak but it is hard to say it comes on "early" (100 at 2700) and if ya don't call that dropping by 4500 (really starts dropping a 3500) I'm really confused. I'm not saying either is better but let's call it like it is. Glad ya are happy with it and I'm sure it is a great improvement.

Not trying to start a war, but if the guy who paid for it is happy, then who are we to judge?

You can't tell how the bike rides by looking at a chart. What I'm seeing is a motor that's going to power out of corners like a ****, and give the guy all the power he wants where he uses it most, and substantially more power than he had everywhere else.

I'd like more up top for my style of riding, but I spend a lot of time above 5,000 rpm.

For 90% of the people who are on this board, that build will give them everything they want except for a piece of paper they can try to impress people with.

You will like this cam in your 96 here is a scan of mine. Cost wise there so many variables, like lifters, pushrods, tune, that you need to talk to the person doing your install.
