Has anyone installed the "three pocket fairing pouch" on their Triglide? If so, how is it installed? Thanks!
Bob
Yes, I installed the 3-pocket windshield bag....pretty simple if I could do it. Take off the windshield, slide the 3-pocket bag on (should be the one with slots just like windshield), put windshield back on and tighten the screws.
Yep, have one on mine. Installs just like a windshield. Take out the three windshield screws and replace them with the new longer ones and spacers that come with the pouch. Slip pouch in behind windshield and tighten screws. It's a no brainer and takes five or ten minutes at most.

Perfect. Thanks for the info! That's what I like about this group...answers!

One word of caution is don't get wild when you tighten the bolts back down for the outer fairing. There are brass inserts that are molded into the inner fairing which can be pulled out if you use a heavy hand. The torque for those fastener is no more than 32 in/lbs.
I installed one on my 2011 and, like the others have already said, a very easy install. However, I am somewhat disapointed in the storage capacity on the two end bags. because of the shape, they are not as good as those which have a flat bottom, but that's my opinion. They proabably have more cu. inches of storage, but I could fit more "stuff" in the older style I had on my Ultra.
I have one too. Use it to hold the back pocket stuff and clip my iPod to it. I wouldn't hang anything heavy off it though. A gps may be too much for it. The left pouch is snapped on, could use that spot for a heavy item.

1+ what he said, & add the chrome windshield strip while you are at it...
