Default TGlidestuff. Talk about Customer service

Placed an order for a lift kit for the wife's Tri-Glide. During the confusion of Christmas day, I ended up placing the order twice. Before I could call Dennis, he had realized that I had made a double order, refunded one purchase price and shipped the other.

If we only had this kind of customer service in all of our dealings with the people we do business with.

Absolotely a class act. Dennis even took some feedback from my boss who is also a machinist along with Wiz. Hopefully the bagger slipping problem with the ClutchWiz has been rectified after some mods were made to my Trike revealed an issue. It's great to work together to fix a problem. Happy New Year All!!

I've heard a lot of comments on this forum about Dennis. I've never heard anybody say anything negative about the man. You must be doing something right Dennis--- good to hear.

I am cheap and cynical.Without hesitation I would buy from Denis. His lift kit and baffle priceless, just plain work and quality exceeds the price.

When I ordered my lifts from Dennis, he offered me some "blemished" ones at a nice price reduction. It took three of us to find what we suspect were the blemish he refered to. Looking foward to his future products.
