lshd1.com great service

i have done business with them in the past, no issues. placed two separate big orders recently. still enjoy the 20% off and free shipping. one item wont work for me and bill sparks, the manager helped arrange the return without penalty that i expected. he is running a good service, at least from my perspective.

during my conversation with him tonight, he asked me to pass along happy and safe holiday wishes to those on this forum - so thats what i'm doing.

he seems like a stand up guy.

Lakeshore has done a super job getting parts to me quickly at 20% off. Bill and June always send emails to notify when an item ships and I always have a tracking number to track the package.

You can get 20% off elsewhere but you can't get customer service like that everywhere.

The service at lshd1.com is as good as it gets. I have ordered hundreds of things online and mostly had good experiences, but customer service can't be done any better.

Just received a $450 order from them. I got it in good time and they kept me posted of the progress via email. I used to use Chicago HD, but they've lost my business to LSHD1. I hope they keep the free shipping for $250+ orders going for a while longer.
