I just received my second order from Eastern Performance. The first order was incorrect and had to be returned for a refund. Now I just received my second order and this is also the incorrect items. As a relatively new bike owner, I'm extremely disappointed in Eastern Performance and think I'll need to look elsewhere for my parts.

Not sure what's going on here. I've ordered many parts from them over the years and never had an issue. They are more than an internet presence. They are a major indy in the D.C. area.
no issues for me either - ordered probably for total of 6k with them... and they will give you discount if you "ask" (they'll match anything you can get on the web)
