This is customer service!!!

So I ordered my floorboard extensions from Tom @ harley/vtwingoodies.....order shipped late due to some personal issues and he offered to let me keep the kit and refund the money.....while I appreciated the offer I'm not like that.....but that is service seldom found these days thanks Tom for being a stand up guy and business owner!!!

Good for him, and better for you. Doing the right thing seems to not be the norm these days. I can't even tell you the jaws that drop when I do stuff like that.

That is great customer service and a great product. I have had these FB extenders on my '08 RK and now on my '12 Limited. These work great and are easy to install.
