I am wondering what is the biggest (widest) front tire I can use on my stock front end on my '15 Road Glide Special with it's 19" wheel?

I like the big(wide not tall) front tire/wheel look but the conversion to a 180 looks to be very expensive!!

I do not think there are any wider 19 inch tires available.

 

Custom wheels are expensive, it's a fact of life! 19" wheels are not widely used on other brands of bikes, hence no optional tyre widths available. Going to a smaller diameter wheel may help, however wide front tyres are not common in any diameter.

 

The 130's the best you can do without mods

 

by dropping your front rim size to 18 you can go wider. the 180 is expensive but the 160 or 150 can be completed fairly reasonably

you can look at front fat boy rims to get a better understanding. going single front caliper opens up more options.
