Default Tube replacement

It's time to replace the tires on my 2012 FXDC. In the service manual it tells you to replace the tubes and rim strip, has everyone done this, and what have you used as replacements? There seems to be a lot of options when it comes to tubes.

Hi,

I dont buy what they write about some items in the manual, but if you gonna change them i would just stick with the oem tube, as you mentioned there is a lot of tube sizes and you will get the right one

You doing it yourself?
Thanks

Yes I'm doing them myself, I have always done my own tires. This is the first bike I've owned with tubes so I figured I see what everyone else was doing.
