FLASHBACK Chico Cheatham’s Life Revolves Around Motorcycles
For many of us, riding isn’t just about freedom or the open road every so often, but rather as a way of life. We ride, we fall, we get back up, and we ride again as if it was nothing at all. It’s part of us, in our DNA, something just inherent in our molecular structure. However, for many, riding motorcycles is just about looking cool and pretending to express your inner wild child. That however, isn’t the case with Chico Cheatham.
From Lexington, Kentucky, Cheatham is all about the reality of motorcycles as your life. Motorcycles, according to Hot Bike, give him a sense of identity. One that was especially needed after coming home from Vietnam. He’s been building motorcycles for over 30 years, and this one, his “Mona Lisa”, that was built for his girlfriend, was supposedly his last.

He wanted something that not only represented his taste in motorcycles and the culture, but also that was deserving of his girlfriend, Vicki “Miss Iron Butt” Kincaid who is said to put more miles on her motorcycles than almost anyone Cheatham knows.
The motorcycle is powered by an 88CI Harley-Davidson motor, an S&S carb, and a bunch of other awesome custom pieces that are strewn throughout the motorcycle. It’s old school badass, and that’s what everyone loves about it.
