Default Amber Whiskey and Vivid Black, I did it my way!!

I tore it all down and had almost everything hanging on the bike powder coated vivid black. I did not do the brake pedal ( oversight on me) but I do have the forks done and upper sliders that I will install over the winter. It gets cold here in Michigan. I also installed a PBR 300x4 and Cycle sounds magic box and front speakers. They sound fantastic. I have about 450 in powder coat and another 400+ in sound system. I think it came out great. I have the look I was going for and did not break the bank with Motor company stuff. I looked it up on the Harley web site and stopped when I hit 3200 dollars for all the black without installation. Just putting it out there for others to see. Thanks

Nice looking bike! That really turned out great. What speakers did you go with? Do you think the magic boxes hurt your bass in any way?

I used cycle sounds 6.5 and grills for baggers. Ed the owner is a great guy and really knows his stuff. I don't feel I lost any base at all and I think when I get the rear ones next year it will be very loud but it is still very clear.

Thanks for the comments and I will have the forks on by the spring. I bought a set from an Ohio dealer for 40 bucks and the upper sliders for 15. Had them coated when I was doing the rest and am looking forward to getting them on.

I thought the guy who wrote and sang that song had blue eyes?

SHARP! I like it!

But I may be a bit biased...

I'm thinking of having a few parts powdercoated, but I want to go with a bit more wrinkle. Luggage rack, hinges and latches...

And I'm not sure what to do with my mufflers. I've left just enough chrome so they're not the only thing. I got the black heat shields form RUSH, and I want the black Big Louies, but really can't justify dropping another 5 spot when the ones I have are perfect....

For me the coup de grāce was my black headlights.
REALLY digging the look.

The problem is, here in South Texas, there really is no off season.....
