hydraulic clutch hard up shifts
yes I have had all the recalls done. I mentioned it to the dealer when I took the bike in for recall decided to wait and see how it was after recall work. I tried to convince myself that it was slightly better. The symptoms hard/stiffness up shift hits hard can feel in in your bones LoL. 3rd to 4th seems the worst. I have searched forums and Googled. I plan on taking it back to dealer as soon as I can I am looking for ideas I did not know anything about hydraulic clutch. I have service manual but working 5 12 hours in a row. I'm just trying to ease my mind of what might be wrong any ideas appreciated.

What fluids are you running in your primary and transmission?
Mine is the softest, smoothest shifting bike I have ever ridden, but it didn't get that way until I swapped fluids.
I used to think my '11 was pretty good, I ran Amsoil SevereGear 75w110 in the transmission, and Drag Specialties Primary Fluid in the primary. When I couldn't find that any more, I went to HD Formula+, and it worked as good.
This '14 was the same for a while, with the same fluids.
At 5k, I decided to try Red Line Synthetic Primary Fluid in the primary, just because I'm a syn fan.
Hoe.
Lee.
Cow.
I wish I could let everyone experience how she shifts.
NO issues finding neutral from either 1st or 2nd, rolling or stopped, there is still a little clunk going from N to 1, but it is still a Harley, but shifting up or down from there is a barely audible click.
Really hard to explain, but damn do I love it.
These are merely my experiences, and YMMV.

And air isn't the problem, unless I'm missing something, they are a bath.
I commute twice a day... My office is an hour and fifteen to an hour and a half from home, I do 8 12s, 5am to 5pm, then 4 days off, then 8 12s on nights, 5pm to 5am, then 4 days off then 8 12s back on days... and so on. In the oilfield, we call it an 8 and 4 hitch.
With the drive is basically ends up being 8-15s...
Today is day 8. I am so ready to go home....
