That's crazy! I ordered mine while in CA from Revzilla about a year ago. I love the FP3 by the way.

California has strict emmisions regulations. They do make a version that is legal in California but it looks like that version doesn't let you change anything that changes emmisions. I'm checking with a vendor on Ebay to make sure they will ship the 49 state version to me in California.

Ship it to me in Washington and I'll ship it to you from here. I wouldn't settle for the California version. I believe they brought out CA one some time after I ordered mine. See if Revzilla will ship you the non CA model. I also found the best price there and they will price match too.

I'm waiting to hear from Outdoor America on Ebay. They have it for $299. That's the lowest price I've found.

I paid $280 one year ago with free shipping. Anyway, if you have trouble getting the non Ca model, I'll help you with an address.
