Best ways to advertise
I apologize if I'm not in the correct forum to ask, but I may be looking to sell my 14 SGS and was curious if anyone would recommend a method of advertising that is better than Craigslist? It saddens me to post this, but due to personal circumstances, I need to sell but not in a position that I absolutely have to sell. I figured the if I get a decent offer then I'll sell and look to get a new bike in a couple years when the timing is right. Your input will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I got many calls off craigslist, not one person came to see the bike, had three offers of what the dealer gave me trade in.. sight unseen.
I also had it on ebay, that may be a choice, however you make sure they have to handle shipping if someone buys it from afar... I've sold several trucks on Auto Trader, Cycle Trader is the same company, good results with them also.

Ebay...hands down. As a new listing, you get 6 free weeks at no cost except for a few $ for 24 rather than the 4 standard picture shots. Of course if you sale, it's about $60 upward depend on amount. I run RIP's and my account and have sold a boat, jetski and 2 cars for about $60 a pop.
My local paper is also a good bet. They are relist free renewal for 90 days. (Cars until it sales) More than likely even Ebay sale is going to be local.
