Limited Low jiffy stand on regular Limited?
#12
I spoke to the new General manager and he agreed that was not normal and since it would drag in a left hand turn was dangerous. He gave me a new Low model jiffy stand. I installed it yesterday and it works fine. I'm not sure I like the giant tang on it. It seems harder to deploy but easier to retract. Much better than the one with the sagging tang. Thanks to all who replied.

The only thing lowered is the stuff above the shocks.

Now that I read the Post that I "Quoted" He may be saying that the Frame itself is NOT shorter/lower than a standard frame???
I bought the LOW - the ONLY thing different (Making it LOW) was the front and rear suspension

Yes the seat is lowered,,, However, I took that off and rode to Corbin and had a seat to fit my Butt and the Wife did Not like the Flatness of the passenger area. She has logged about 100K on the back and believe me - she has HER way she wants here saddle are built, LOL - we put Corbin to the test - and they passed with flying colors - This can ONLY be done by a ride-in appointment. The stock seat worked ok for me as far as lowered but the back rest would have never worked
