So, you created a ride in Ride Planner. It sounds like you use usig the Save A feature instead of the GPS sync mode.

Try this. First, format your flash drive to make sure all is OK there.

Go to the ride you saved and in ride planner, top right, just under your mame. click the GPS sync.

When that comes up, click on manual mode and then save as gpx file.

The computer will save this as a down load to your computer. Just cpy that you your flash drive and then import that into the bike.

Let me know if you need help with the import side.

It is formatted in Fat 32. When I open the thumb the gpx file is in adobe thumbnail??? How do I stop this on my computer. I have exported many ride planner rides and have not had this happen? Thanks, GRant

Disregard, while the file itself is a GPX, the icon on the the file itself is adobe.

Adobe (like too many programs these days) has decided it knows what's best for you and assigned itself as the default program for .gpx file(s).
I've seen it where even though a file has a particular icon, it opens as it should and other times it wouldn't.
You may have to go into the OS and unassigned .gpx
Good Luck
