If you mean the fillers between the bags , they are HD filler lights. The center lights up from brake lights also.Nicer fit than the CD I had before. And they are plug an play.
This is a day time view. My plan is to get rid of all the red lens.

Here is my new plate holder with bolt LED. Had it fabricated out of titanium. Never settle for HD/aftermarket options, custom can be cheaper.

Looks good. Red lens seem to look good on gray and silver bikes. Did everything in Red lens on the 2016 it was Silver and Black.
I like using the LED plate bolts because the tinny LEDs looked better than the tail light window on mine.

The fit and finish on the new HD kit is awesome. The wiring under the seat is greatly cleaned up now as well. I was never 100% with appearance and quality of the CD Fillerz.

The only hard part of the install was getting the CD Fillerz off. That 3M tape is tough.

Hard for some to get of their anti HD ideas , the HD ones are better.
To remove tape GOO BE Gone or Goo Off great stuff to have around takes all kind of crap off your ride and does not hurt it.

I mud flapped my license plate, and used 2 LED bolts to light up. Tapped into the light above. Did this about 1 1/2 years ago.
