Default Low profile mirrors

Purchased HDs Profile Custom Mirrors with Slotted Stems and they are a little higher than stock on my Limited Low. I have the 12" KST handlebars so I am not liking the mirrors being that high above the fairing and bars. Any suggestions?

I bought some aftermarket mirrors with a pivot at the perch for this exact reason.
The stock and standard stemmed mirrors stuck up like Kazoo Antennas.

Default Pic of new mirrors

They just look way too high for my taste. Maybe switching them under will work. I had the tribal mirrors on the SGS and they seemed to be a shorter stem. HD said they discontinued those.

Flipping the mirrors is an option that iv enjoied the past 17,000miles, cheap too.

I have the Bikemaster Sickle mirrors on my 10”Bars. Quite low profile and small mirrors, but look awesome and are actually a lot more functional than they appear. I really like them.

I had a Street Glide before my Ultra... first thing I did when I got the Ultra was put Fairing mounted mirrors on. I was just too in the habit of looking at that location.... that and I don't like things mounted to my handlebars.

Covert, would you mind posting a pic from the backside of the fairing? I would like to see how the mini ovals sit from that view.

Thanks in advance,
Rob
