If you haven't used it then maybe you shouldn't comment. Or a simple " no I haven't used it, I use a Pit Bull and I love it " would be a better response.
I've had my HF lift going on 6 years. The only glitch is the release is a bit sensitive. I don't plan on having wrestling matches on it, or full bike makeovers. Probably not sturdy enough. I use it for regular maintenance, cleaning tires, and removing the tour pak.

Anyone notice that all the bitching, moaning and crying comes from the " i'm not using that junk" crowd. never fails.

I am using it on my current build. I found that raising at the furthest point you can on the rear of the frame and then adding some front wheel support makes it rock-solid for what I'm doing. I like this jack.

I had the craftsman one and my brother had the HF. They are pretty much the same thing just a different color, at least at the time we had them. I did end up buying the HF table but the garage just got too crowded so I sold it. I just use my J&S for everything I do here. I use it pretty much once a week for something bike related. I love it for washing bikes so I don't have to stoop over to clean wheels.

I have had a J&S jack for 3+ years. I use it every time I pull into my crowded garage to spin the bike around. Very stable and no drama when I wheel the bike around on it. Very happy owner.

Holds mine just fine. Like stated before. Let it down on the locks and its rock solid. I use mine to turn the bike around in the garage, just have it at the lowest lock. I have yet to strap it down but I also have not removed a wheel while on it yet....

EVERYTHING in these forums turns into an argument. There is always someone wanting to stir the pot rather than simply answer a question or give a helpful, honest opinion free of judgement. Ultimately the decision on which jack to buy is yours and yours alone. Buy what you want and enjoy it. **** on everyone else!

I bought the HF lift you posted about, but it wouldn't fit under my bike (92 FLHTC, lowered 1-2"). Sold it to a friend, he seems to like it for his new softtail

I've got a HF jack & a J&S.The HF jack worked ok but it's not very stable like the J&S is.I now use the HF jack to lift my mower so I clean underneath & change out the blades.I don't trust the jack much on the HF so I chock it when under the mower.

I have the Harbor freight jack , going on 10 yrs , it has been ok . Something must have changed over the last 10 yrs because my jack does not fit underneath of the frame on my 2014 bone stock FLHX ? but it did fit under the road king , yet I see people with bikes just as low as my FLX on harbor freight jacks ? double check the clearance on your frame to help deciding which jack to purchase . I am going to switch to a J&S or a pitbull as soon as possible , I'm tired of rolling onto a 2x6 just so I can get the jack under the bike .
