Wow! Sounds like your AVC is working too good. Try turning the AVC off & see if it changes anything.

Do you have an Amp? If so tell us about it.

Every thing on the bike is stock that is electrical. The amp is factory (cvo). re installed soft wear up date 17.4. last night and the bike was fine to and from work. then on my way home from club meeting wala it's back again. navigation is on with volume up proms are disabled.

Your speed sensitive volume control is turned down. Go into audio settings and turn it up, or turn it off.

Does the audio mute or just no volume? To test it, play some music from USB drive and make a mental note where the music cuts out. If when you get back above 10mph it starts playing exactly where you left it, then the audio is getting muted somehow. I'm wondering if the amp is getting enough juice for the turn on lead to happen. If that wire is just loose enough there will not be enough current to power on.

Just a thought. Hope it helps.

Nav on & prompts disabled? You mean prompts volume off? Turn the prompts volume up & make sure it's directed to your speakers. System may be muting to announce prompts & you're not hearing them because volume's off?

I have no route's running on the nav. volume is up. nav prompts are off. I have played with the speed volume on/off up high/down low. i will try what sprok3t has suggested tonight. I will also pull the seat and check all my connections. the dealer had the seat off for the abs brake recall. this is frustrating because it does not do it every stop only 80-90% of the time and that makes it that much harder to pin down. If I take it to the dealer they will have the bike for ever scratching there heads and when it stops 1 time they will think it's fixed.
