I just installed custom dynamics led turn signals in the front directionals of my 2014 ultra. The work and look perfect but have one issue. When you out the turn signal on, the turn signal flashes at a normal rate but the turn signal indicator on the dash blinks rapidly. Will this harm anything? Should I go back to bulbs?

 

Read the instructions.

Turn the 4 way emergency flashers on for 5 minutes.

It takes time for the BCM to "learn" new things.

 

Turn your 4 way flashers on for 4-5 mins.The indicators will eventually start to blink normally.

 

As stated above, this works!

 

I just tried it and it's not working, the front and rear turn signals flash normal but the indicator flashes once or twice normal and then speeds up to a rapid flash. I wonder if they changed something. These led boards were purchased two years ago for the front of my boss hoss.

2014 models are different then the previous years. They will not work

 

When I turn on the four way flasher, the indicators blink at the normal rate. The indicators only speed up when I actually turn on one of the other turn signals. When I do this, the signals themselves flash normal but the indicators flash faster.

 

My 2014 Limited did the same thing but it has stopped and went to normal flashing, I don't know why or how but I have hit the 4 ways more than once.
