Default Custom Dynamics Question

Searched everywhere and can't find an answer, I want to install the front LED lights on my Limited, the ones that glow white but change to amber when turning. They say you need a special lens with the Fillerz but I can't find a number for that lens. Does anyone have a number or can actually verify that you need a special lens or can you use the stock lens, just screw out, insert the LED's and screw the stock lens back in? ANY info would be appreciated, thanks!

It is recommended that you change the lens color because the white won't be white with an amber lens. Custom Dynamics sells the lenses in clear and smoke. They're relatively inexpensive. The part # is: Item: HDBULLET Price: $3.95 (each)
The lenses don't screw in, they snap in. There is a coin slot in the bottom for popping them off.

No special lens required, and no screws on theses lenses, I have the clear lens also the clear fender tip, looks awesome and really bright. Call them and they will ship out correct parts.

You need no special lens all you need is clear or smoked ones. You do not need any thing else. If when you install them the signal indicator flash very fast ,turn 4 ways on for about 30 seconds and ECM will reset to the new lights all on its own.

Hi Rob, i'm pretty sure you don't need a special lens with those. I purchased a set of Clear lenses so i would get the most white light to shine to help the less than perfect daymaker headlight (projector style).
It doesn't really add more light shining out in front, but it does make for a brighter profile from the front , to clue off the dumb&sses there is a bike coming.

I believe this is the same lens as stock just not amber. the options are amber smoke & clear. The lens actually does not screw on or off, it just snaps in place and comes off with a twist of a coin in a slot on the bottom of the lens.

I saw were some had to sand down the tabs on the lens that fit in the bullet housing. I did not have to do it on the clear, Just tried to put the Amber back on, the fit was just the same, no mod, or no special part.

Bullet ringz do not need a a lens, dynamic rings do.

Honestly, if you go with the dynamic ringz the smoke lenses are just fine. If you choose to go that color.

I have smoked lenses on mine with the dynamic ringz, and u can't tell their smoked when the lights are on.

They are bright and all match. The also are a light gray smoked lens.
