Default Adjustable Backrest

I thought about getting one of these for my Utra. It is equipped with the mid-frame side covers for (leg) cooling. Would I have to modify these for the adjuster latch, or is there a work around on this?

Agreed, no modification needed. I have both on my '14 SGS. If you look at the instructions on HD's website it covers having the deflectors.
