whenever you see MOST installs on you tube they give you a synopsis of the job with multiple cut aways just showing the important parts of the install
which is GREAT but if you want a idea of how long it takes i like to do start to finish videos for my small channel so you can see
real world just how long a job actually takes..

if you have the tools dont be afraid to tackle this job and i have to say this stereo system is GREAT!!! if you have an older boom GT
definitely consider this swap if you can affird it

 

I installed a V2 last summer. The work went pretty easy and I was pleased. Yes, the unit is phenomenal in my opinion. I does WAY more than the GTS it replaced, and does it better. There's a significant learning curve but worth it for me. The bigger screen with full screen car play is a huge plus on the Road Glide Limited.
