Still not here... They shipped me the wrong liners, has to ship them back, now waiting on "processing return" before they ship them out. PITA, but it happens I guess. I'll definitely post some pix once I get them.

Ah, ok, that's frustrating. Thanks. Did you order direct from HD?

Right (smaller) bag. I use the small clear zippered bags (available on eBay for about $3 each) on the right (smaller) bag to keep different smalls organized -- one for small tools, flashlight, multi tool, air gauge, one for a first aid kit with tweezers, band aids, etc, one for owner's manual, emergency money, note cards, pencil, etc., and one for packs of crackers, power bars, etc. Then, a few clean wiping towels for using and keeping rattles quiet and a few bottles of water (depends on length of ride/trip).

Left (larger) bag. I use the bag on the left (larger) for rain gear. I used to put the dry rain gear into separate 1-gallon slide lock bags, but it is too much trouble during rainy season. I now use stuff sacks (different colors for jacket and pants). I also threw a pair of chemical gloves (the cheap, large, long rubber ones from Harbor Freight) in the bag to slip on quickly over my leather gloves when the rain starts up here in Western North Carolina. The chemical gloves have deep grooves for traction, which minimizes slip and long gauntlets almost up to my elbows. About $5. It seems to make sense to swap bags as someone else wrote, but I find that the smalls fit fine in the right bag while the rain gear needs more room (so the left bag).

Right bag- Rain gear, old spare windbreaker, liners for jacket and pants (seasonal), spare gloves, disc lock. Left bag- hat, miscellaneous for that day/days ride, tool bag. After riding a "95 BMW K bike for years I've a tendency to carry to many tools.
