Not really, I advice to check all the electronics connections you made step by step and even eliminate the the pc and try without it.

Default 18 FXBB electric problems

I have 2018 street bob, only 25 miles on it, when key is on everything works fine, just after start up the speedometer dims and the indicator gauge cluster goes out and turn signals flash and dim out. Sets codes for o2 sensor, tps, and few out codes. I did install vance/hines exhaust high flow air cleaner and used power vision to flash ecm. Afraid to go to dealer because i did stage one.

I wouldn't think the air cleaner would cause that, did you mess with any wires? You might want to contact Power Vision.

Did you try to flash the stock map back in to the ECM and leave the PV of the bike, try and see what happens. If everything is oke except the engine is not running like it should because the altering from exhaust and intake,
it could be a faulty flash. So then download and install the correct PV map for your setup and see, keep us posted.

I tried reinstalling original flash and that made no difference.

Check all your manipulated connections and see if they are connected correctly ?
Are the O2 (lambda probes ) connected properly ?
Have you seen the oem map in the ECM, in other words you are sure it was flashed back in original state ?
