I have a question that maybe one of you can answer, I have a 2019 FXBB with the narrow primary. Now I found a EU based company that makes custom
covers but they can not confirm wich one of there covers will fit my bike.

They have these as an option :



Will the one marked in blue fit my bike ?

 

I don't think so. According to Customderbys on Ebay, these bikes have a common and unique derby cover:

I ran into the exact same problem on my 2019 FXFBS. The company I was ordering from had me measure my derby diameter before processing the order and confirming their products would not work. I would recommend that you ask them if you can send them a blank for your bike and have them do the artwork on that. If they will, then just order a plain cover from HD for you bike and send it to them.

I had contact with them and they are willing to order a blank one from Harley and do they stuff on that one. It is cheaper then I buy one and then
ship it to the UK. Total the charging me is give or take $192.00 so I think that is fair.

 

If I remember correctly, the one you want is the "twin cam" one right underneath the one that is highlighted blue in the list

 

Unique smaller Derby cover on 19 softails, even some HD collections not got it ,like Kahuna

 

Looking at HD Derby Covers and what I remember the Derby cover on the M8's are the same as the narrow cover from the Twin Cam. The 2018 Softails did not have the narrow cover so they fit in with the old covers. The 2019 Softails all have the narrow Derby cover. Looking at HD's site for the Derby Collections Shows 2019 softail have there own unique size derby cover so may not be anything out yet

 

I put a 2019 black low profile primary cover on my 2018 softail slim. The derby cover is smaller on the 2019

 

None of these will fit. The after-market is slow catching up to supplying for the derby cover for the 18/19 Softails. I have been told by several US companies that they will have ones out by this fall.

 

I bought the black Willie G for now.
