Default Anybody use a J&S Jack with their Softail

I am looking at purchasing a J&S jack for my 2018 lowrider my question is does anybody have any experience with a J&S jack with their new 2018/2019 Softail? And what are your impressions of the J&S jack with the new Softail? Also can anybody tell me what is the distance between the two lifting legs of the J&S jack?

No experience with a newer bike but the spread b/w the legs is 13" inside and just a shade under 17" outside. It's a great jack regardless.

I forgot to ask about the height of the jack off a floor with a jack all the way collapsed in the down position? Thanks

I use mine after almost every ride.

Fully compressed it is just under 4" off the floor at the end of the rails and just under 5" next to the bottle.

I use a 1" high block under the kickstand so that I can slide the jack all the way under the left frame rail to position it. Coming in from the right of course.

Agreed with above (just under 4".) Sorry for the late response.

I have a J&S jack. I used it on my ‘18 Deluxe for the first time a couple of months ago when I swapped out the stock license plate mount with a low profile one, and I needed to raise the bike so I could get my hand up under the rear fender.

It worked just fine.
